Phoenix Management


Phoenix Management is a full service management company. In other words, we will not just be attending your association meetings and keeping track of the finances, but we are also able to help owners with various maintenance issues.

We pride ourselves on being proactive and responsive and can be reached 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our office number is 207-571-3061 and can be reached between 9am-4pm. If it is after normal business hours and you are experiencing an emergency, please call our main number where you will reach our answering service. Please leave a detailed message including your property address and the best number for us to reach you. Within 10 minutes you should receive a response from our on-call maintenance technician who will be happy to assist you.

  • During regular business hours (9:00AM – 4:00PM Monday – Friday) please contact either Melinda Anderson manderson@phoenixmanagementcompany.com or Mitch Tierney mtierney@phoenixmanagementcompany.com. Melinda Anderson is the property manager for Tidewater Farm HOA. Melinda and Mitch work together to handle scheduling requests, billing questions, concerns regarding your assessments.
  • When you make a request, a work order will be created and immediately e-mailed to our Maintenance crew for completion. You can call in a requests or place one online at: http://phoenixmanagementcompany.com/. There is a work order submission section at the bottom of the front screen where you will be directed to choose your property and explain what work you would like to have done, someone from Phoenix should reach out to you within 24-48 hours after the request has been placed.
  • We offer many homeowner services at $45 hourly charge for all Homeowners at Tidewater Farm. We also offer winter house checks for your home at $35 per visit if you are away for extended periods of time. Should you need any work done in your home or have a specific maintenance issue, please give us a call! We can do a variety of handyman services from repairs to helping you move furniture.
  • Based on the work order’s level of urgency, a member of the Phoenix Management team, will be there within 1 - 2 business days to assess and/or repair the problem. Most calls will be responded to the same day.
