UPDATE FOR TIDWATER FARM HOMEOWNERS ON COMMUNICATING QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS  Jan 2022

This update is intended to provide you with a guide as to whom to contact regarding any of your questions or concerns.  Our goal is to have these matters addressed promptly and by the appropriate resource, listed below.  You can also contact members of the Tidewater Homeowners Association Board if your matters are not being adequately addressed.  Contact information is posted on the Tidewater Farm Homeowner Association website  (www.tfhoa.com) in the “MEMBERS ONLY” section on the Board and Committee Member Contact Information page.

IN THE EVENT OF EMERGENCY:  The Falmouth Police, Fire and EMT services should be contacted by calling 911 for true emergencies and 781-2610 for non-emergencies.

Should there be an emergency situation involving your home that Phoenix Management would handle, call  207-571-3061. Use this number during business hours, nights and weekends.  Melinda Anderson is our Property Manager there, along with her assistant Property Manager Mitch Tierney. If you contact Phoenix Management after normal business hours, you can expect a response from the on-call person within 15 minutes of their receiving your message.

SNOW PLOWING AND REMOVAL:   Contact Melinda or Mitch at Phoenix Management by email: manderson@phoenixmanagementcompany.com or mtierney@phoenixmanagementcompany.com or by phone 207-571-3061 to report any questions or concerns.  In an emergency you can contact LST at 207-878-1578. This phone is answered 24-7.

DESIGN REVIEW:  For Design Review items, see the detailed directions on our website and submit your item to the Design Review Chairman, listed in the Members-Only section or our website.

COMMUNICATIONS/WEBSITE:  Contact Melinda or Mitch from Phoenix with your questions, suggestions, etc.
