TFHOA Grounds Committee Revisions
September 2021
In September 2021 TWF BOD has voted to dissolve the grounds committee. These responsibilities will taken care of by Phoenix's moving forward.
Any EMERGENCY OR CRITICAL issues (such as leaks, irrigation issues, etc.) should be reported directly to Phoenix Management.
Melinda Anderson is our Property Manager, and she can be reached at the office Mon-Fri between the hours of 9AM-4PM. Any after hours calls will go directly to Phoenix service which will be answered by our on call technician within 15/20 mins. Please be sure to include Assistant to Property Manager, Mitch Tierney.

Melinda & Mitch also cover all the irrigation issues which are not part of what the current grounds committee covers.
